Pros

- The work is deeply meaningful: our initial applications will empower an underserved community (those with quadriplegia due to spinal cord injury), and our work is guided by people within this community who work on our Consumer Advisory Board. - We hold each other to high standards of excellence. - There are many opportunities for technical learning at a fast pace. - I sincerely enjoy my colleagues - people who are across the board passionate, committed, extremely knowledgeable, collaborative, and kind.

Cons

- It is a lot of work. This can be great because it is interesting and exciting work that you can dive deeply into, alongside colleagues who are equally committed to the workload. It can also be difficult to achieve a good work-life balance. - There could be improvements in the diversity of the workforce.

Pros

If you enjoy a challenge and want a chance to make an impact on a product while working with brilliant colleagues, please go to Neuralink. Success is measured in the impact you provide to Mission critical tasks, not seniority which is a nice change of pace. The company is definitely not averse to trying new things (processes, organizational chart, etc) some for the better some not so great. But as the wise emperor once said.... 'If you are not adding 10% back, you are not deleting enough'\ SF+Eastbay Shuttles, Great employer sponsored benefits, twice yearly reviews, $200 a month in lyft credits, lunch and dinner provided.

Cons

Open office plan, not my favorite but that's personal preference.
