Great benefits, good pay, friendly co-workers, catered meals, company sponsored offsite events, opportunity to work with bleeding-edge technology, learning and development opportunities are a dime a dozen.

Cons

1. Out of date technical documentation because the staff is so overworked they do not have time to update it when something is changed. 2. Unresponsive management and staff when documentation is lacking. 3. Extremely chaotic environment with next to no structure. 4. Lacking communication from management and teammates. 5. Lack of direction from management. 6. Unrealistic expectations and goals.
