Decent pay. Great Recruiter who is a wonderful company representative. COO is great -- open, communicative, kind, and involved. VP UM is fantastic and knowledgeable. Blessed to have worked with so many employees and department leaders who were dedicated and great to work with.

Cons

Benefits are expensive and PTO is subpar.

Management changes constantly and those in charge at this time are lazy and incompetent. They expect you to do the work of several people and get frustrated with you when the tasks can not be completed.

Been there 2 years will not give a raise Patients will hit and spit on you Short staff a lot of times Since I started working there the work load and things to do increase a lot but no more money. Some Patients are extremely dangerous. I seen patients break staff nose and choke out staff
