NPH is growing and is caring for patients in need. They pay well and they are trying to do the right thing. The team members I get to work with are amazing and the patients are great. It's hard work, but it is great to see the patients progress

Great pay and that’s it

Cons

Was there for 2 days before they put me on a unit by myself. The first day I had to go and buy lancets and glucometer strips with my own money because there was none on the floor or in supply to check the patients levels before meals and meds/insulin coverage. What company operates like this??? I lasted maybe 2 weeks. The nurses coming in to relieve you show up whenever they want. The CEO and management should care more about keeping their employees and their patient safe!!!
