Too many to list: The worst company I have ever worked for. I knew within the first week it was a mistake to take this position. Constantly short staffed, you are expected to be on call 7 days a week, no work life balance, turnover is very high across all positions to include leadership (DON's, CEO's, nurses. Most people don't last longer than 6 months before they quit or get fired. If you last 6 months, it's a miracle. The owner and his wife are tyrants that send degrading emails, threatening your job and copy everyone in the email to embarrass you. Expect to receive calls, texts, and emails from the owner's wife late at night and throughout the weekends. A prompt response is expected no mater when you’re contacted. They have no consideration for work/life balance and make up rules as they go. The pay is decent but not worth the stress you will endure in this hostile work environment.
