Easy to get hired, they hire anyone willing to show up.

Cons

High turnover due to high stress, no work life balance, hostile environment, Upper management looks down on other staff and treats them as such. Upper management has no clinical experience!!! State is always here. They fire people constantly without good reason.

Excellent pay- this company pays far above the industry standards for administrative and nursing jobs. Staff are committed and work VERY hard.

Cons

Very high stress level. Work culture includes long hours, travel, and late nights. The culture is very hard on families. Many of the managers struggle with work life balance leading to high turnover and burnout.
