It looked great on paper.

Cons

I left a good job to join Neustar on a friend's recommendation. Neustar relocated its web analytics team two months later. (+50 people). A hiring freeze would have been the right way to go. Take it as a warning. This company does not care about people.

Pros

1 . Loads of learning opportunities. My experience in my previous company was very limited to just JAVA but just after months after joining Neustar i have started working on Streaming platforms, NoSQL databases and more importantly data (lots of it) 2. The projects that are being taken up right now are very futuristic which deals a lot of data and more importantly help organisations enhance consumer experience. 3. Work/Life Balance. 4. Flexible work hours. 5. Less Bureaucracy. 6. Good Compensation and benefits.

Cons

1. The road-map of projects is decided in US. 2. Very less parking space. 3. Cafeteria is not good.
