Pros

Depending on cost of living, pay can be above average. Superb schedule flexibility Transparency on bonuses made them easier to comprehend and achieve As long as the store is profitable overhead management does not get very involved in your day

Cons

Communication issues naturally arose with upper management being offsite Lack of transparency on expectations when opening a new store If your employees leave, you will have to fill all roles in your store which can mean 60-70 hour work weeks with no overtime until you build your team.
