Pros

-Supportive Team -Interesting job scope -Manageable Workload -Support in trying new projects and taking classes outside of work -Respect of work/life balance -"Family" feel -Trust and autonomy if you prove yourself. -Decent creative control. -Encouragement for learning, mentor-ship and building relationships all across the organization.

Cons

-Difficult to get promoted, I had to ask multiple times what the criteria to reach the next level is. -Very male dominant, if you are a woman you should find a female mentor. -Resistance to change/new ideas, "this is the way we've always done it" mentality.
