Pros

Insurance and 40% discount on over priced gear.

Cons

If certain people in XX position do not like you/in their clique, you aren't going to be able to move up. They tell you from day one that there is tons of growth, but it is all lies. You will get passed over several times, even if you are totally qualified and have the background for said position. They will pick someone with no background in the position for the jobs. No bonuses or promotions. You may get an .11 cent raise every year or so.
