Pros

Great environment, great benefits associated with full time workers, and great opportunity for positional growth.

Cons

The dispersion of bonuses between a team lead and a sales associate is extremely wide. For instance a sales associates (in a competition between stores where the prize is a bonus) would earn $100 dollars where the team lead would earn $400 dollars. Sales associate put in an extreme amount of work, usually more than team leads. Team leads usually tell the associates what to do and that is simply all. New balance's hierarchy system can make one ( especially a sales associate) feel extremely small and insignificant.
