Pros

Some really great and hard working people. Product itself is generally strong. Good health coverage and benefits. Investment into new building and infrastructure.

Cons

Senior leadership (not all) is not strong and unable to make the company competitive. Lack of vision and old thinking. Lack of originality in products and marketing, jumping late on trends the competition has already realized. Flat organization with little focus on employee development.

Pros

Active and young environment. It's private, so lots of job security. Getting to work with product that is not out for another 6, 9, 12, 15 months.

Cons

Under paid and seemingly low standard for employee effort and/or output. There's not enough challenge and push among employees to be better.

Entrepreneurial spirit, able to make an impact to the business due to the size of the workforce

Cons

Old school mentality when it comes to work-life balance. Low compensations.
