Pros

The pay is good if you are part time.

Cons

Your hours varies based off the store sales. They are stuck in their ways to adjust their products towards area the store is located in. By being stuck in their ways, it makes it hard to sell to customers which ultimately will reduces sells which will cut your hours.

Staff demand vs Staff growth, Leadership vision

Pros

Overall great company. Great benefit package. Great products. Proud to work here.

Cons

Lack of Leadership vision. Just keep bringing in associates that we don't need over last 8 yrs. Doubled staff but business growth did not warrant it. Now people walking around doing nothing all day. Leadership has very little regard for long term associates and the contributions that they have made and continue to make. Benefits are being cut and becoming more costly to associates. Push life/work balance as benefit... until you try to utilize it. It's only for the chosen few.
