Pros

Really great product. The company means what they say about their product. Some people are really passionate. Some people work really hard to get far in the company.

Cons

Some management only care for themselves. They cause drama. There are supervisors having relationships with associates and its getting in the way of full function of the workplace.

Pros

Schedule flexibility, happy culture, fun place to work for the most part. Many people stay for a long time.

Cons

Many people stay for a long time, and become comfortable in their positions. This makes it very hard to move up and around. They have a set block of people who stay, while younger energetic people tend to have short stints, get frustrated by lack of mobility, and move out.

Pros

Good people work at new balance and many people have worked at new balance for many years creating a culture.

Cons

Unfortunately the culture at new balance has been changing and not for the good. Lay offs are occurring to people who have been employed for many years.
