Good people, values and decent culture

Pros

Many people really like the culture and the 37.5 hour work week. Good perks, interesting products and projects. It's cool seeing work you do, come to life out in the real world. Owners and senior level management have a lot of loyalty to their associates who have been with them for a long time. Once you get a job, you could stay until you retire.

Cons

As innovative as the company is trying to be, they're resistant to change and don't always embrace people who try and bring new ideas. As much as some people love the easy going culture, it can be frustrating to those who are overachievers, work hard and aren't punching a clock daily like their colleagues.

Pros

Great relationship with co-workers, everyone is really friendly and you make some great friends. Not too strict or lenient, managers are very willing to accommodate your needs.

Cons

Hard to know all the technologies and all the specifics about every shoe when not working a lot. But all co-workers and managers are willing to help you out a lot.
