      Pros

      New Communities offers really great benefits. There is a lot of PTO, and even a fitness reimbursement. These things add a lot of value to the whole package. They also do a birthday bonus! They are good about recognizing employees and you can nominate your coworkers for awards too.

      Cons

      The pay is not super high because most rates are set by the state

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company like New Communities before. They take their time with onboarding to make sure you are comfortable. They try to reward employees whenever possible with bonuses and employee recognition. Everyone feels like they are making a difference in the work that they do. There is a good culture & good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay, but they did have increases, & staffing problems like everywhere.
