Pros

Good healthcare, management appears to care about employee well being, flexible schedule

Cons

Contractor for DoD Contracts, Management not always engaged with employees on DoD Contracts. NDTI is a subcontractor, so I have multiple bosses, here at my work location, the government civil service managers, the contract manager who is a DCS employee and the bosses at NDTI out in town.

Pros

People are slow and laid back. There are not much going on. I work 9 to 5 with no stress and a lot of free time. Life is good.

Cons

There is no future for any career advancement or growth. We have not won anything since I joined the company. I will have to look for a new job very soon.
