New Directions Technologies is a fantastic small company to work for, the effort to care for employees whether it is benefits or the fact that the Executives care enough to make trips out so see employees and check on them is on another level of care. Specifically considering we are scattered across the US.

Takes care of employees, CEO is within touch, professional management. Flexible working hours, teleworking possibilities.

Cons

Too many entry-level, non-qualified employees and sub-contractors milking lots of resources. Workload is primarily carried by a few capable senior employees
