Pros

Some faculty are great teachers.

Cons

Students are lied to and are not a priority. The curriculum is stuck in the past and isn't preparing enough students for jobs. They are all about numbers. Call students appalling names behind closed doors and overcharge them. Boys' Club white men are promoted when they are clearly not competent and don't work hard.

Management weak, mixed messages common, poor job growth opportunities, health center not valued on campus.

Pros

Great culture, student oriented, appreciative, supportive, one free lunch at the cafeteria each week during the semesters!

Cons

Benefits weren't great but better than nothing. Didn't pay enough for me to stay, otherwise I might have stayed forever.
