You get to go to the games.

Cons

Horrible management. Dysfunctional relationships. Poverty level pay. High turnover. No work/life balance. The company owns you. Stay very very far away from this place. Former employees will warn you of the same. You are just a number to them-not a person. In their eyes-you should be paying THEM to work there!
