Flexible time off, work from home, good work-life balance, company works hard to enable their people

Cons

A lot of changes are happening due to the private equity ownership. Comp plans have been less than ideal.

Most of the people are great, fully remote work, diverse culture

Cons

Literally everything else. Terrible upper management, only concern is getting signed contracts but they RIF continuously so there is no one to actually DO the work. Everyone is miserable except the newbies and those "thankful they have a job", (which is a horrible way to live). They lie to the employees and edit questions in town halls so there is nothing difficult discussed. Always claim "our employees are our success", yet they treat us like easily discarded annoyances.
