There are a lot of really great kids in the world! My co-workers are supportive and focused on helping the students achieve and grow as human beings.

Cons

Lack of agency in my lesson planning- we have to use the "purchased" program and it is terrible. Salaries in NC are low, but our supplement is great. Some students and parents are difficult. It is hard to manage all the "modifications" and "accommodations" for all the labeled students.
