To sum up what I like best a about working for New Horizon, I feel I can be myself, the pay and benefits are great. I feel I can be completely honest and open with my managers. If I need help, I have a strong support system. NH promotes high care/high expectations.

Little travel time, break before clients.

New Horizons worked with my availability when I had a another job. I eventually ended up leaving the first job, that I had worked at foe 16 years to work full time for New Horizon. The company rewards us hard working caregivers with lots of prizes, so far I have earned a tv, echo show, $200.00 gift certificate to a hotel, $200.00 certificate to ticketmasters, you can also earn a “spa day”, AirPods. Basically they are great at thanking their employees. I don’t regret leaving my other job. My heart is filled every time I can help someone that needs our help.

Communication with clients, like letting clients know if their caregiver isn’t showing up.

I love how much the staff checks on the caregivers. Making sure our needs are met. They worked with my hectic home schedule with shifts. Very pleased!
