Pros

Flexible schedule, short and long shifts available for caregivers (not always nursing staff), amazing clients

Cons

Start every one at base rate of pay regardless of experience, promote unlicensed staff into roles that require a license, pay their office staff more than their frontline workers, communication can be impossible at times, and if you relay information make sure you put it in writing too or it will get lost (even then it may get lost), last minute changes and tasks, paperwork fiascos, overall disorganization

Pros

Seem like nice people who are willing to work with you on some things.

Cons

Over promise on what they can provide and will stretch the truth where possible to get you to over commit to working there. Lack of hours/clients. Training is subpar.
