Pros

The pay is good but otherwise not worth it.

Cons

Communication is awful. Phone calls wouldn’t get answered, if you had questions good luck. Not enough mentors. During the interview they made it seem like I could be working with someone; never happened, every time I asked for support and to get a mentor never happened. Training literally told me if I had any questions google or YouTube. This is putting patients at risk and not supporting their workers.
