There are usually plenty of hours available.

Cons

When the company changed hands they no longer cared about people that they provided services for. A long term client of the company was kicked to the curb without the contractually obligated time to find a new agency. They stopped caring and would send caregivers who weren't capable or trained to handle that level of care. The level of care hadn't changed in 10+ years but suddenly it was too difficult for them. I left with this client to take care of them, as they likely would have ended up in a care facility where they probably would have died.

This position starts at a great base pay with potential to grow and earn more. The team is amazing and has great managers. The days are busy which makes the days go by very quickly. Scheudule is great and offers fllexibilty since we are open 24/7

Cons

Job can be stressfull and time due to high call volume.
