Pros

+ solid core product + solid benefits + high quality technical team + executive team has earned the company's respect + technical culture of excellence (focused on quality, process)

Cons

- poor engineering management - very rapidly growing bureaucracy - short-sighted attitude towards career development - stated values and actual expectations frequently at odds - growing to meet the expectations of an IPO instead of the market - overly aggressive expectations for sales - poor coordination between offices - product management is losing focus as number of products grows - quality of new hires is dropping in rush to grow

Pros

Great Product, will get bought out or go public

Cons

Leadership on sales side is weak (with the exception of a few). Amazing culture is gone. Everything "Preached" doesn't occur
