Pros

Employees are empowered to utilize their full potential. Culture of collaboration and teamwork. Everywhere you turn there are thought leaders, brilliant minds, accomplished technologists, absent of arrogance and entitlement. Family friendly work environment. The company has grown from a handful of employees to over 300 without the disruption of major engineering re-organization or significant injection of outside managers or celebrity executives. The executive leadership is honest and open, and the values place the employees as a top priority.

Cons

No catered lunches. Constantly evolving, things move fast, organization is very fluid. You have to adapt.

Pros

Nifty technology, >100 smart and nice engineers, extremely supportive business leadership, truly promotes work-life balance and career growth, high average customer satisfaction, very collaborative, stimulating environment. incredible office space.

Cons

Management can be a bit opaque on occasion (though it is very transparent most of the time). Mad rush to IPO-sizing might be a bit excessive. Very tiny complaints, relative to the "pros".

Pros

We have a chance to work with a team of incredibly smart people who are committed to making the company successful. The product is attempting to solve many complex problems in increasingly elegant ways. While there's technical debt, it's light years away from the 'mountains of garbage code' developers are required to support at other companies. Two beautiful office locations loaded with amenities. The office is (almost entirely) empty by 6PM.

Cons

Don't get too comfortable: with rapid expansion come frequent changes. While execs try to share information, no one should get to attached to their title, their goals, or where they sit.
