      Pros

      Since joining New Relic I have experienced a very positive and encouraging approach amongst my colleagues and management. I feel that New Relic is a very inspirational company to work for and feel appreciated for all of my contributions to the company so far. I have been given the opportunity to influence my colleagues in the area I am assigned by suggesting policies etc. and feel a strong sense of camaraderie and friendship with everyone I work with. I have a healthy work life balance and enjoy many benefits and compensation which includes the opportunity to travel to different locations and enjoy many wonderful cultural experiences.

      An amazing company where you are allowed to learn and become a better professional. People are happy to come and start working. There are a lot of events and moments that you can interact with your team. And the best thing is your efforts and success are recognized!
