Pros

I have been with the organization for nearly 4 years and have never had a single dis-satisfied day. Good professional environment. They have projects with their clients as a direct vendor and as a sub vendor. Never had an issue with paycheck or paperwork. Kudos to Nick and Blake.

Cons

401k matching will be a good addition. They have 401k plan but company does not match yet. Hope for the best in coming days.

They take care of your visa and find projects that suit your profile best

Cons

You lose out on the paycheck because you are working for a vendor and also because you are bound by an annual contract
