Pros

Extremely talented and driven co-workers.

Cons

Too many projects that go nowhere or aren't pointless. Throw resources at problems that are insignificant or a diversion.

Pros

A great environment. Lots of cool people. Not very stressful at all. Lots of opportunity for growth and to do other things.

Cons

Might be slow at times. There seems to be a lot of office politics that I didn't focus too much on. Not as much men in the administrative office side.
