Management only cares about favorite employees. Morale is low, favoritism is high. Management will do everything they can to ensure only their favorite individuals succeed and recieve deserved promotions and raises.

almost depression-like work culture. No one seemed to care to form relationships or even to get to know one another. Things just seemed off. the fact that everyone would complain about being cold and nothing was ever done. There was no white noise, so it was complete silence while you work. They had a great kitchen and the whole building offered social events but NewCold didnt try to get employees together to go to these. the Longer I was there and the more I saw people coming and going(High turnover rate) I began to see and hear the way people in the company treated others and communicated and it was not ok.
