Upper management (the site director in particular) is toxic, extreme cold, high demands and low pay, they only hire absolutely desperate individuals, no sympathy from upper management whatsoever.

HR is horribly lead. Most of the HR team is great, but they are horribly lead but the HR VP who is a cowboy it ha horrible on flow effect to my teams morale.
