Awful Company to work for would give no stars if I could

Pros

They provide benefits. Not great benefits but benefits. Some of your peers are ok.

Cons

You're expected to do the work of 5 people. If your sick your expected to work from home. They have a revolving door of HR personnel. CEO needs to be fired for how much he is a tyrant to everyone. No praise or encouragement if you're doing a good job. Scapegoated when a project doesn't work out. Peers will start or have drama and throw you under the bus for it. When your let go your manager wont be there to say goodbye. They all mysteriously need to take the day off.

Plenty of opportunity to learn many aspects of the business Amazing people that will help shape your career path and increase your abilities

Cons

Management is unfocused. It is clear that they hope the employees drive the ship. Leadership does not lead, nor lead by example. There are some in leadership that are doing their best and it is clear that they are trying to clean up after the others.

Everyone bonds over suffering from poor management, unfair treatment, and corruption.

Cons

-Lay offs every month and counting since June. -Upper management will yell in your face in front of the entire office and then get a monthly salary increase for it. -Chinese speaking employees will talk badly about you in front of you in Cantonese or Mandarin if they think you only speak English. -The COO and CFO position have been vacant for months and the ship is sailing off a cliff. There has not been a press release about it for some reason which is not good for shareholders being kept in the dark. -The CEO's daughter gets a full time salary as an employee without needing to step foot into the office or lifting a single finger to touch a keyboard and mouse while you are expected to be in the office 5 days out of the week with overtime.
