Some of the employees are friendly. Don’t have to work weekends or late hours

Cons

Management is a mess. They play favorites and if you’re not one of them they will make it clear they don’t like you. They discriminate against employees. Mediocre supervisors let their title get to them and think they are better than they really are. Supervisors don’t even know how to do their jobs. Super unprofessional and don’t care if they humiliate you infront of your peers. They will overwork you and not pay you what you deserve unless you kiss up to the right people

Favoritism, nepotism run rampant "Yes-man" culture, new or innovative ideas are not as well-accepted as you'd think Fragmented internal structure, compartmentalism is stifling with little to no guidance on who to contact and how to receive support Advancement is difficult - positions that open up are sometimes not backfilled, new positions are typically staffed by external candidates Disciplinary measures and even dismissal have been used as threats during COVID to prevent employees from working from home when their jobs could have easily been managed remotely
