Customer Service makes you fat

Good Benefits, Hours are fairly simple 8-5. No experience needed, decent training process.

Cons

It's customer service, customers are going to treat you like crap. Management doesn't even know that you are working for them and making them money. Strict rules. Don't count on a raise, not even once a year. And if you slip they will not hesitate to let you go. Oh and about 90% of the people of start working there gain weight immediately. You sit at your desk all day long. The only time you can even move is when you have to go to the bathroom. Not a fun job, actually pretty depressing..

Maybe the people? Location if you live in San Gabriel valley...

Typical chinese company.From micro-management to insulting their employee in team meeting. Often times, you feel like you're just another cattle in the herd and they could careless about your development. It's a dog eat dog kind of company. Horrible benefit, make you wait on initial health benefit enrollment, plus bonus structure changing all the time to benefit them more. Expect to work day after thanksgiving. Very low salary by industry standard. Incompetent managers/directors in charge, insane management and demands.

A few good people around to give you support when you feel discouraged by your direct incompetent boos!!

Cons

EVERYTHING!!!!!! No motivation! No career advancement opportunities! Repeated mistakes year after year! Frequent re-org of the company, especially upper management level. Bonus program changes at least 5 times in a quarter! Company goals are a constant moving target, just when you thought you hit the bullseye....HA, try again.
