There are none to speak of just don't do it.

Cons

Absolutely the worst place in terms of political and favoritism. CEO has his favs and no matter how they act they are never disciplined or fired. He is also the biggest micro managing person I have ever seen. Just save yourself some stress and don't work here.

Mostly nice people, either at very beginning or very end of their unremarkable careers.

Cons

Everyone is continually afraid of losing their job, and they will because no one lasts longer than a few years. The quality of the website and TV has deteriorated as workers keep getting cut, while managers sit around doing nothing. There are too many people in charge, telling too few workers what to do. You can tell how desperate the people who do nothing are to prove their importance by how much they tell others what to do. It's a big charade.
