Pros

Great Owners that care about their people, Great work life balance and excellent people to work with. There is an open-door policy that makes me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. The efforts made by employees are noticed and appreciated. Great atmosphere to learn and grow personally along with the company
