It has been almost 7 months since I joined, and I feel have improved a lot specially because my team is full of top-notch people. Besides, the guidance of the whole company members is great. Taking up new responsibilities was one of the things I mentioned on my screening interview I was interested on, and I can completely say this is being accomplished. The learning platform we use is so helpful to continue learning.

While it is a rapidly growing company, it still feels pretty warm and personal to interact with your coworkers. Good amount of clients, and looking to get more accounts, Owners and directors are pretty Down-to-earth and approachable, Nexaminds has transparency as a staple. This place takes care of their employees, it feels like a family (And I never thought I’d say something like that about a company).
