Pros

modern looking facility, lots of social events

Cons

lots of gossip but throat and lots of employees try to look good by bashing others. I've seen it happen a few times and not only nobody tried to stop it (managers included) but they contributed to it. I was floored...

Great place to grow

Pros

The office is right beside the 'quartier des spectacles' - large windows - free coffee - weekly breakfasts. The management taskes the time to understand your carreer and pair their objectives with yours. I learned much from senior members a the time - felt coached. Senior management gets out of your way when its time to work The 'social life at work' is great, the organizers know how to dose it well.

Cons

Its like this in all forms but: Coaching is one thing, formal training is another. You can never have enough formal training.

Pros

Team spirit is great, everyone is willing and motivated to help. There is room for initiative, career enhancement. Managers always available to discuss. Little extras that make us comfortable (bagels, smoothies). Constantly changing environment, never boring.

Cons

Close to metro but a bit far from the train. Procedures are not always clear, sometimes difficult to know how it works.
