Pros

the other teachers I have worked with here are mostly very experienced and very committed to the best education and nurturing classrooms they can provide. the atmosphere of cooperation among these superheroes is what allowed for having with the immense challenges that never seem to get resolved

Cons

At this specific center, administration's lack of ability to support staff, make decisions that are in the best interest of the classroom groups, or provide adequate basic supplies and materials, and excessive disorganization in addition to lack of compensation for experience in the field is almost enough to outweigh the great teachers that work there.

Always short staffed. Bad communication from management. Company is greedy and stingy on providing materials.
