      horrendous place to work. as toxic as possible

      Pros

      none to speak of, even compensation is lower than average.

      Cons

      The founder was removed from the president position by the board and replaced with a "career ceo" who managed to not only fire EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE, down to the office managers, low tier accountants and secretaries. The only survivors were the snake of a general counsel and the CFO. Absolutely toxic enviroment where you CANNOT get ahead unless you are the president's crony from former operations he has tanked. There is a reason the company's stock is in the toilet and they STILL haven't started building yet, and it is all internal issues with the leader(s).

      The coworkers are good and the team works together

      The leadership of the company has run it into the ground. Matt, Ben, and the rest only care about themselves and don't have what it takes to lead the organization.

      Small team doing big things in the US LNG industry

      Pros

      I have been here less than a year, but have learned more in that time than in any other position. The work is challenging and rewarding, and the small team allows people to make a true impact in their everyday work. This company has significant growth potential.

      Cons

      Things move and change very quickly at the company, but I wouldn't say that's a con; it's the nature of the industry and what we're trying to do right now.
