      Pros

      Very friendly work space with good people. Haven’t experienced any micromanaging and the co workers are happy to help and collaborate if need be.

      Because it’s Smaller Company so the benefits may not be at the level as bigger companies

      Nextgen has always been good to me. Great pay, decent time off, flexibility in schedule. They're also very supportive of employees in personal projects.

      Cons

      Im not a fan of DoD contracting.
