There is no point working at NextGen. No Pros for the company

Cons

- They will let you go by saying that it's organization wide. They look at your age if you are 40+ then they will not think for a min and let you go. After a month, they will open same position with exact same description and hire someone younger with less salary. - There is lots of politics and favoritism. New C suite will only hire their known people and start removing everyone whom they don't know. - They don't care about their employees.
