Pros

Fun, fast paced environment. Beautiful work space to be in. Decent salary for the industry.

Cons

Revolving door of RNs. Management do not train you in IVs adequately for the role, so make sure you are a pro at IVs or you wont last long. Highly customer orientated. More service industry than true healthcare.

Being able to discuss acts of proactiveness to live life of longevity is wonderful. Especially if you’re passionate about health and wellness yourself.

Cons

Behind closed doors could be a little unorganized but it is relatively new and they’re still learning success with failures
