- always felt supported from my peers and direct managers - good/fun people I've worked with

Cons

- tools are very elementary - attention/effort is pulled in too many directions that new products don't work well and existing products deteriorate - org is still very stagnant. Growth opportunities seem limited

Great CEO Smart employees Meaningful work

Cons

Sarah makes bad hiring decisions when it comes to the C-Suite and is far too slow to course correct when it becomes obvious. The CRO/CMO does not understand the business and lacks the curiosity, humility, and aptitude to go figure it out.
