The leadership is transparent, direct, honest, ambitious, and mission-driven. The people I work with are whip-smart, supportive, and generous. It's an awesome place to grow, learn, build, and create. You get the perfect mix of ownership and support!

Strong female leadership, transparent decision making and policies, purpose-driven company with motivated and passionate employees

Cons

As a fast-paced startup, work/life balance is promoted but not always practiced. Additionally, priorities and strategies shift quite often.

NOTE: I was a consultant with Nextdoor for over a year, and transitioned to full time 3 months ago. -open communication from CEO and senior leadership -clear understanding of responsibilities and objectives -very good to excellent benefits -values driven and mission driven -aggressive goals while still valuing employee happiness -annual end-of-year shut down boosts overall annual PTO

-not yet offering 401k match -PTO earned semi-monthly at a slow rate
