- mission driven company - strong culture - great colleagues - amazing San Francisco HQ office - still working in startup-mode in many ways - which I think is great for those who want to build a function, shape the way the company will operate

Cons

- because of the economy and going public there are a lot of headwinds the company is facing, but I'm sure they'll figure it out!

Pros

The best part about Nextdoor is its flexibility. In the UK you can work remote, hybrid, or in the office. I love having the choice and everything is set up to by asynchronous. The team is great and really clear goal marketing goals so you know how you're performing at all times. All expense paid trips to San Fran are nice and the free lunch Wednesday is great. I really like working here.

Cons

Nextdoor is US company and generates most of its revenue from the US. As a result international teams operate as their own little startup. But you miss out on the innovations happening on the other side of the pond.

#1 --> full-time remote work - friendly and supportive culture. Hence, the company's KIND motto. - a pleasant work environment. - work-life balance is a priority for everyone. - excellent career growth opportunities.

Cons

- Nextdoor should consider adjusting salaries according to cost of living and annual inflation by country. - Knowledge and learning are distributed across too many slack groups. So, centralizing documentation in Coda could be useful on a daily basis.
