Pros

Hard working dispatcher. They know how to deal with stress and be kind while human at the same time. Work truck stocked and you can order what you use the most. The big bosses are very interested in your success! Access to technical support. Great pay, understands not everybody knows everything but will help you to find someone who does!!! The list goes on!

Cons

Working in harsh conditions is a must if you want to work here. Sometimes not all suppliers have what you need. Must be detailed when submitting paperwork. Or communication is out of wack I know cause I struggle with communicating at time’s. You cannot leave a unit down must be up and running for the customer so at times it can be a process for completion.
