1. Job Security 2. Great Benefits - (I choose the single user option and have never had to pay for Health Insurance) 3. Shared Interests - At the corporate office every department works together to achieve a goal of sustained growth. It is a great feeling to know we all understand and are willing to work for the same goal.

Cons

- Company growth may be too much for some people. I notice that the ones who succeed are good at multitasking and taking initiative.
